indicated on the left. Magma Pty Limited (Magma) was formed as a
specialist business management consultancy in January 1998. The three
Directors and Management Team in Magma are Merv
Johnston, Alan Jackson and Griff Rose. Magma provides professional management services to investors and other
stakeholders in innovating and early stage ventures, thus adding value by
maximising potential for successful commercial outcomes. In a joint
venture partnership with Continental Venture Capital Limited (CVC), Magma
formed CVC REEF Limited in 1999, which successfully bid for the license to
manage the Renewable Energy Equity Fund (REEF). In addition to
our work in the renewable energy sector, Magma has undertaken a number of
auditing and other business related activities for a range of government and
